I'm getting ~40MB/s download speed right now and it's consistent. It costs a lot to develop for PC and consoles, the game is almost 10 years old the player base is likely not large enough to warrant that cost. Just found a solution that is currently working for me, but it requires a bit of work. 2 main reasons, the game will be held back if it has to cater for the aging internals of old consoles, even the latest generation would struggle with Odyssey content. News, banter, CG & GalNet updates, and a bit of music too
